Your First Visit
At Tuscarawas Oral Surgery and Implant Center, we aim to support you every step of the way. Your initial visit is an opportunity to familiarize yourself with your surgeon and our dedicated team while discussing potential treatment options.
What to Bring
To save time, please bring the following to your first appointment:
- A referral slip and any relevant X-rays, if applicable
- A comprehensive list of your current medications
- Your medical and dental insurance information
- A valid form of identification (e.g., driver’s license)
- A form of payment
For Minors
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany you to your appointment.
What to Expect
Your first appointment typically begins with a conversation with Dr. Taylor. He will carefully review your medical history, conduct an oral examination, and discuss your oral health goals along with potential treatment options.
Most first appointments are followed by a second visit for the surgical procedure.
3D Imaging
Our practice is fully digital, equipped with the latest CBCT scanning and imaging technology, digital X-rays, digital impressions, intraoral scanners, and guided implant placement.
